Belinda Deleon
General ManagerBorn in Jourdanton, & raised in Charlotte, Belinda’s been a part of small town life, small business ownership, & sales all her life. The oldest of four children, she worked on her family’s farm, & in her grandfather’s convenience store, in Charlotte. After graduating from Charlotte High School, and marrying her high school sweetheart, she continued working from home as a wife, and eventual mother of three, while also working as a certified cosmetologist, in both popular chains, & as an independent salon owner. While working in Pleasanton, she joined PAC, leading some of her fellow employees to become members, too. After becoming an active member, she continued to influence & encourage others to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and led multiple family & friends here, as well. Her personality, values, and drive were a natural fit for PAC, and the owners and Management were naturally drawn to her when looking for someone to be a Sales Consultant. After a brief departure while she pursued another professional sales opportunity, she accepted the position of General Manager in 2014. Her position is considered a hybrid role in the industry, as she is both the General AND Operations Manager, but she has “rolled” with it from the beginning. Her ability to never back down from a challenge, and focus on always seeking the best option for those she serves, continues to drive her belief system. Belinda has a quick smile & a contagious laugh. She has years of knowledge of the health and fitness industry, both as one who lives it & one who works in it. These things, combined with her sensitivity to those around her, provides PAC clients with customer service and care built on servant values. When not in her office or at the front desk, you’ll most likely find her spending time with & doing things for her family, working out at PAC (5:00 a.m. most likely!), spending time with her church family, or enjoying her fur babies! Rebekah Haren
Director of TrainingWest Texas is known for its intensity-intense heat (even for Texas), intense thunderstorms ( if you haven’t been in one, trust us, they get your attention) , intense terrain, & more. Native Americans were known to dread that area more than the afterlife! So for anyone who is blessed to know Rebekah, it really makes sense that’s where she’s originally from. True intensity has been present throughout her journey—both awful & awesome. And she lives to tell about it now, first as a disciple of Christ, which accounts for her main intensity in all she does. She continues to hone her own habits and skills in this industry, and fulfill her commitment to either be the west Texas storm, or see PAC clients through the storm, in their personal journey. She grew up in south Texas, attended school in New Braunfels, and graduated as a homeschooler. Years after marrying, and starting a family, a job opportunity for her husband brought them to Pleasanton. She serves as the leader of the Women Connect ministry, at Cowboy Fellowship here in Pleasanton, & serves in various other aspects of church leadership and duties, as well. Rebekah was an active member of PAC, who consistently asked questions, and actually pursued the answers—which is the follow up many who ask don’t do—about how to be better at eating and moving. She was diligent, even after becoming pregnant with her third child, which is when a trainer at that time made it a point to let the owners know that Rebekah could be a great asset to PAC clients. She was hired as a Personal Trainer, and has steadily grown her fitness career ever since. She’s a long-time health and fitness enthusiast, and avid learner. She’s been an endurance athlete for years, and is currently training for her a full Ironman. She has completed two full marathons, fifteen half marathons, & a sprint and quarter marathon. She is a LEO-Law Enforcement Officer-wife, which she is deeply blessed by, and fiercely supportive of. Her current certifications include: NASM Certified Personal Trainer NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist TRX Certified Trainer TRX Certified RIP Trainer LES MILLS “Sprint” Cycling Certified Dotfit Certified Fitness Pro Health & Wellness Advocate with QSciences Licensed Instructor of CPR Certification She is currently enrolled in the Precision Nutrition certification course, & other online classes relevant to the health and fitness industry, & her role as director of training & nutrition. She is a recently published author, and her posts, blogs, and other writings, are read by many, and used for direction, inspiration, and learning. As the Director of Training at PAC, she helps develop , direct, and oversee all aspects of small group and one-on-one training. She also helps develop leadership and management training, and oversees social media marketing. You will find her when she’s not coaching and guiding PAC clients and staff every day, living a blessedly busy life as a partner in marriage to her police detective husband, and mother of three , one in college, one in middle school , and one in elementary. Rebekah’s discipleship of Christ is a light to those she helps, and as someone who intensely longs to serve Him in every aspect of life, she is a true partner for progress, for those who choose to live a better physical, emotional, & spiritual life. Rebekah can reached by email at: pacserviceteam@yahoo.com or bekabooboo1818@yahoo.com.
